REFUND POLICY

All orders placed with Faith Made Creations are fully customized according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items.

Exceptions may apply only if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in fulfilling the order. In such cases, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the defect or error. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
